Summary

Resisted is designed to keep your information on your iPhone. The app has no Resisted account, developer-operated server, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking technology.

Information you enter

You may record an item you resisted, its category, an optional meal time, and optional notes. Resisted stores this information locally on your device. The developer does not receive or have access to these entries.

Device backup

Resisted data may be included in an Apple-managed device backup when you enable iCloud Backup or another Apple backup service. Apple controls those services under its own terms and privacy policy. Resisted does not provide live iCloud synchronization between devices.

Export and sharing

You may create a CSV export of your entries. The export remains under your control, and information leaves Resisted only when you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet.

TestFlight and Apple services

When you install a beta through TestFlight or download the app through the App Store, Apple may process installation, diagnostics, crash, and feedback information under Apple’s privacy policy. Resisted does not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.

Deleting your information

You can delete all entries and achievement history from within Resisted by opening App & Data and choosing Delete All Data. Removing the app from your iPhone also removes its local data, subject to any device backups you manage through Apple.

Children and medical information

Resisted does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is a personal habit journal and does not provide medical, nutritional, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

Changes to this policy

If Resisted’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the changed version is distributed.
